Our 20,000 square foot 100% climate controlled facility was built in 2000.  We have a mix of advanced CNC and manual machines that allow us to match the job with the machine for the best price and delivery solution. This is a list of our major equipment.

 

Milling:

 

  • Five (5) CNC Vertical Mills 
  • Six (6) Manual Knee Mills

 

Advanced CNC Milling:

 

  • One (1) Haas VF-4 Vertical Machining Center with 4th axis indexing unit and 20” x 52” table. Twenty position tool changer.

  • One (1) Hardinge VMC 1000 Vertical Machining Center with Haas 4th axis indexing unit and 20” x 40” table. Twenty position tool changer.

  • Two (2) HiTech 3 axis Mills with enhanced Anilam CNC controls and 12” x 52” table. One with a Haas 4th axis indexing unit and tailstock.
  • Four (4) 3 axis Mills with enhanced Anilam CNC controls.

 

Turning:

 

  • Three (3) Hardinge HLVH Lathes
  • One Bridgeport-Romy Lathe with 12” chuck and 48” between centers

 

Advanced CNC Turning:

 

  • Four (4) Hardinge T42 Precision Lathes with CNC cycles and with 12’ Spego bar feeders 1 5/8 capacity. 16” swing, 8” swing over slide and 37” between center capacities 12 position tool turrets.
  • Two (2) Hardinge CHNC 3 Precision Lathes with CNC cycles and with 6’ Spego bar feeders 1 5/8 capacity. 8 position tool turrets
  • One (1) Hardinge T65 Precision Lathe with CNC cycles. 35 HP. 10 position tool turret

 

Grinding:

 

  • Four  (4) Surface Grinders
  • Six (6) Tool Grinders

 

Advanced CNC Grinding:

 

  • One (1) Jones and Shipman CNC Ultramat 650 Cylindrical ID/OD Grinder. 12” diameter and 26” between centers.

 

EDM:

 

  • One (1) Charmilles CNC Robofil 290 wire EDM with head offset up to 30°.
  • One (1) Charmilles CNC Roboform 20 plunge or sinker EDM with rotary head.

 

Turret Presses:

 

  • One (1) Weidemann Centrum 2000 CNC turret press
  • One (1) Strippit Fab Center 1000R CNC turret press
  • One (1) Di Acro VT 19 turret press

 

Punch Presses:

 

  • Four (4) Punch Presses 15 to 25 ton

 

Brake Presses:

 

  • One (1) Chicago 15 ton with Hurco Autobend 4controls
  • One (1) Chicago 15 ton with Hurco Autobend 4 controls
  • One (1) Di Acro 15 ton with Hurco Autobend 5c controls

Plastic Injection Molding Presses:

  • TempTek digital control 16KW 250 degree F mold heater
  • Complete mold making tool room

 

Quality Assurance Inspection:

 

  • Complete temperature and humidity controlled inspection room including:
  • Cordax CMM with video readout head
  • Opticom 36 “ optical comparator
  • Federal profilometer surface gauging
  • Sunnen ID gauging
  • Wilson and Affri hardness testers
  • Various height gauges, large micrometers, surface and angle plates etc.
  • Our CMM, comparator, master blocks, QA surface plate and gauging are certified annually.
